CHICAGO – Fuzhen Group will conduct a four-hour workshop for managers, influencers and those who need to hasten implementation of projects.
This workshop, co-sponsored by the University of Chicago, is an abbreviated version of course taught at the university. Strategic consultant Gerald O’Dwyer will assist attendees in developing the advanced thinking and communication skills necessary to design, lead, and implement any project, initiative or strategy through changes and challenges, and on to success.
Cost: $150 per person; teams: 3-9, $100 each; 10 or more $65 each.
