CHIMAERACON2004 ANNOUNCES EVENTS
Come Game with Us in South Texas!
ChimaeraCon2004, A South Texas Game Fest, is scheduled for April 16—18 at the Crossroads Convention Center, 4552 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, Texas. This third annual, locally organized event will feature demonstration and play of all types of games, dealers/exhibitors, costume contest, fundraiser for the San Antonio Red Cross, and more!

Miniatures: Giant Circus Maximus, Wizkids, Warhammer 40K, Classic Battletech, De Bellis Multitudinis(DBM), Lord of the Rings by Games WorkShop.
Card-Collectible Games (CCG): Warlord, Legend of the Five Rings, WWE Raw Deal, Modern Naval Battles and Shadowfist.
Role-Playing Games (RPG): Omniquest, Living Greyhawk (D&D 3.5), Living Force-Jedi Code Trilogy, Mutants and Mastermind, Champions 4th edition, StarHero, Seven Seas.
Live-Action Role Playing (LARP): Xenome, Camarilla, Parallel Worlds

ChimaeraCon welcomes dealers and exhibitors, offering an economical booth fee, $65 for all three days, if registered at www.ChimaeraCon.com by March 19. The fee includes a 10’ X 10’ indoor space with electricity, table, and two dealer passes. Confirmed vendors as of this writing: GenCon 2005 (convention), Pandora’s Box (gifts), Dreaming Cat Studios (anime/manga art), Central Command Games, Tyger Volant Productions (games).
ChimaeraCon2004 attracts a wide range of ages with disposable income and varied leisure interests. Retailers of games, videos/DVDs, electronics, costumes, comics, collectibles, models, etc. are encouraged to register. Re-enactment, science fiction, fantasy, anime, gaming, and other organizations are also welcome.
ChimaeraCon2004 is planned and run by volunteers, who will be eligible for discounted admission. Details are available on the registration page at www.ChimaeraCon.com.
Attendees and gamers are welcome to pre-register at www.ChimaeraCon.com. Early registration at $20 will cover admission on all three days; deadline is March 19. At the door, three-day admission will cost $25. Day passes, at the door only: $8 Friday, 16 April; $15 Saturday, 17 April; $10, Sunday, 18 April.
